- Work comfortably within defined systems and expectations
- Are open to optional up-skilling as tools, processes, or client needs evolve
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and reliably
Up-skilling is not required to participate in the network. Contractors are simply expected to be open to learning when relevant to an engagement.
How it works

Contractors
are introduced to clients whose needs align with their skills and availability.
Agreement
All scopes, timelines, and compensation are agreed upon between the contractor and client.
Contractor

Blakeney Consultants Group facilitates alignment but does not manage day-to-day work.
